Beachfront location with great bar and restaurants, Koh Lipe is absolutely stunning! Staff were very friendly and helpful, meeting us on the beach to help with bags on arrival and again when we checked out

Very loud music with heavy bass playing can be heard from the room until 11pm at night

Nice hotel, nice location but too expensive for what you get.

Very nicely decorated, directly at Pattaya Beach, very modern, stylish. Nice atmosphere at night at the beach bar, good music. Room is nice with free water, coffee, a beach bag to use, etc. Even if quite big, it does not feel like it.

Taking into account the price that I paid (had the pool-room) the service / cleanliness can be improved. Wlan code did not work when I arrived - only after a discussion I received a new one. Safe was locked when I arrived - needed to ask how to open it. Had two dead - not so small - beetles in the bathroom (shower and next to toilet) and after two cycles of „cleaning“ they were still there. Mold in the corners of the shower…. - even if I can understsnd, that it might be difficult with high humidity. The big pool (entry from room) could use a cleaning too - water was full of leaves, dead insects, etc. The few sunbeds at the beach are as well not in a good shape, out of form and partly moldy. Conclusion: you pay the price of a top-hotel in Europe but you do not receive the same service in terms of cleaning,& service. Would come back but would not for the same price.

Exceptional

We loved our stay here, we were sad to leave. The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment they collected our bags from the pier. The welcome drink and flannel was a nice touch too. The location was ideal for us, very close to walking street but away from the noise. The room itself was lovely, nice and spacious with some elegant touches like a dressing gown, slippers and a beach bag with towels. Our room was not that close to the live music so couldn't hear anything. WiFi worked well. The Thai massage was also very good, and we enjoyed happy hour on cocktails. The breakfast was excellent too, with a huge variety to choose from including made to order roti and pancakes.

The shower door didn't close properly which led to some leakage into the rest of the bathroom. But this obviously didn't bother us much. The air conditioning occasionally made a clicking sound.

Great value for money

We loved the location and the pool access rooms. The rooms are well fitted out and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms spacious and communication from the hotel was great too. Beachfront access and whilst the beach is busy, it's fun to people watch from this vantage point and watch the world go by. The beach is stunning. The island itself is perhaps my favourite in all of SE Asia.

The hotel is a work in progress in some of the common areas but this didn't phase us. The swim up pool bars were not attended and the service from staff was pretty minimal but again, we just take this in our stride and manage our expections in this regard. Our TV didn't work but we weren't there to watch tv so this wasn't an issue for us. Our safe was also not working properly but this also wasn't an issue for us.

Everything we wanted from a luxurious stay

Amazing pool areas and swim up rooms, perfect beachfront location (also near the ferry ports and Walking street with bars/restaurants), friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfast, huuuge beds, clean and spacious bathroom.

All good. The gym could have been open earlier (opened at 8am)

Exceptional

Was a pleasant experience. The hotel have very comfortable and large rooms, a great location. The amenities and cleanliness were top-notch.

The staff left something to be desired. While some team members were genuinely friendly and helpful, there were instances where I felt the service could have been more attentive (receptionist). It's clear that improvements could be made in this aspect of the hotel's service. They also charge me for a slipper IDK why they charge the guest for a slippers.

Great hotel, probably the best on the island.

1. Location is great. Basically right next to the dock. 2. Room is spacious with big Samsung TV for screen sharing and great sound. 3. Breakfast has good variety, although will suggest more stir fried vegetables. 4. The steak house, good "special" burgers, very high CP value. 5. The staff are well trained and quick to respond with good service.

Noting the hotel is open space and next to beachfront, makes it hard to achieve complete pest control. But I did notice a rat running across from the beach to a plant area between the breakfast area and the public pool, so probably the hotel management can look into this problem. Won't affect my opinion of this hotel being the best on the island.

Beautiful resort with great location

Spacious room with balcony, big swimming pool, excellent location, white sand beach, beautiful night view, kids room is good while waiting for the ferry back to Langkawi. Staffs are friendly & helpful..

Bathroom cleanliness can be improved, swimming pool need more maintenance. The beach is not that clean got trash here and there probably from the sea

Nice rooms and excellent breakfast

The room was very clean and nicely decorated with lots of space to relax in and outdoors. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with wide variety of european and asian style food and most crispy croissants and pain au chocolat, which given the humidity was not expected and a nice surprise. Iced Thai Tee and Egg dishes were daily prepared by helpful, friendly and genuinely smiling staff. Special thanks to Bank at the egg/soup/pancakes station.
